I am a birth doula, childbirth educator, mother, and wife. I hold an (LLM), Masters degree in Intercultural Human Rights, from St. Thomas School of Law. I am a passionate learner, educator, and advocate dedicated to empowering families through mentorship and education.

I offer comprehensive, evidence-based classes through Evidence Based Birth® (EBB) to prepare soon-to-be parents for the transformative experience of childbirth and parenthood. These classes offer practical guidance and encouragement to expectant parents, fostering a sense of confidence and empowerment.

  • Four to Six online mentorship classes with your EBB Instructor and classmates to prepare for the labor process and practice your labor skills.

  • The EBB Childbirth Class Workbook . A digital download of the workbook companion to this class is included with registration.

  • The class meets weekly for 4- 6 live Zoom sessions. Each week, students will complete the online portion of the class by watching pre-recorded videos and reviewing assigned materials on their own schedule between live sessions. We will then come together for our weekly Zoom discussions, which are 1 hour in length. Our meetings for Weeks 1 and 6 are a bit more hands-on and will be 2 hours each. 

    Class size is intentionally small, with a maximum of 6 couples per class, allowing for plenty of discussion, personalized support, and space for answering questions.

    Weekly discussion topics include:
     – Week 1 – Evidence Based Care
     – Week 2 – Comfort & Advocacy 101
     – Week 3 – Comfort & Advocacy 201
     – Week 4 – Interventions & Birth Plans
     – Week 5 – The Fourth Trimester
     – Week 6 – Comfort Measures Rehearsal

    • Registration is $300 and includes all of the following:
       – Includes class access for both you and your partner
       – 3 months of access to the online portion of the class
       – Digital E-Workbook for following along with class & taking notes

    • Optional add-ons:
       – Printed workbook shipped directly to your address $20
